We present the findings from our annual Diamonds & Duds survey based on extensive one-to-one interviews with a cross section of Global and UK investment consultants. Our aim is to uncover the asset classes and investment themes that the consultant community believes will be the major winners and losers over the next 12 months. Our panel of senior investment consultants will then discuss the findings in greater detail.

The Right Honourable Iain Duncan Smith MP took a lead role in the Vote Leave campaign ahead of the EU referendum on 23 June 2016 appearing many times in the media and public debates and is now working alongside colleagues to ensure the Government achieves a smooth and rapid exit from the EU and forms a new relationship based on trade, continuing friendship and cooperation.

“Trust” is one of the PSLA’s main themes for 2019. In this session, Richard Butcher, Chair of the PSLA, will talk about why trust is so important for pension schemes, members and asset managers. Richard will also share his thoughts on the need for product differentiation (particularly with the move to master trusts and DB consolidation) and what themes are keeping pension schemes in the PSLA awake at night.
